Monaco - February 23rd

Martin,

I think you are having an experience that will last a lifetime. I am sure everyone wishes they would be in your shoes.

I'm glad you went to Monaco. So the next time we watch the Monaco F1 race together, you will tell me all kind of stories and you will have great memories coming back to you.

I have few unresolved questions: Did you register at Concordia? Did you do your CV? How is your C++ course?

Over here it is starting to get warmer and it gets darker around 5:30pm. Over the week end we watched Babel and The Departed.

Babel is OK similar to Crash, but not as good. I enjoyed the Departed very much.

As I am writing this, I am watching the habs. Did you know they traded Rivest? In the first period, the Habs came out strong, but the Leafs scored the first goal of the game. It is now 2 to 1 for the Habs. Remember when you went to see the Leafs.......Sorry we scored it is now 3-1 Johnson with 49 seconds in the first period.

I was saying the Bell Center is on fire tonight.

By the way try to get the highlights from Ottawa vs Buffalo last Friday. It got very messy, even the two goalies started fighting.

Tomorrow is the trade deadline, so by 9pm your time, all the trades will be done for the year.

Back to Monaco, I see you had few jokes about Raymond and Uncle Michael's cars, very funny, but how does your car compare!!!! ha! ha! ha! Sorry I meant your car compare here in Montreal Ha! Ha! Ha! That was the joke of the night.

I was curious, are you using Quebec expression when you speak with your friends or is it too hard for them to understand?

By the way I still can't stand Yvon P. You know who I'm talking about.

Grand Pap asked how you were doing, I gave him your blog, but somehow he can't figure it out. If you would be here, I would tell you to go and show him how.

I finally received my passport after working on this since November. Now you are in danger, I could show up anytime!!!!!!!!!!!

Love You

Papa

HI Partner,

Just a quick note ... very busy at work. I'm doing double-duty since Judy is away on vacation for 2 weeks. Loved your blog. Very funny. Loved the story about Dave and Christianne running to get the train ... I could visualize it! Everything is fine. It's getting warmer here and Jazz is still walking on the pool. I hope she doesn't fall in one day!

Love you

Mom
